Will my credits be refunded if someone declines a chat?
The credit points are only refunded after three months if:
- A person declines to chat.
- Or, a person doesn't respond to an invitation.
Credit points won't be refunded if:
- That person is not looking for your gender.

What are the privacy settings?
Privacy, security, and discretion are our top priorities.
- - First and last names are always hidden. Only your username is visible to the public.
- - You can blur your photos, but not your main profile photo.
- - Two-factor authentication, only you will be able to log in.
- - Login history to detect unauthorized access.
- - Hide your profile to remain incognito.

Who can see my private/blurry pictures?
Pictures are only visible to those with whom you have matched.
Only those you like and who like you back.

Will you send me tons of emails?
You will only receive emails if:
- - Someone saw your profile.
